1. Acceptance

By using the Bot, you agree to be bound by these terms and Discord's Terms of Service.

2. Usage License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Bot for its intended purpose of managing color roles on your Discord server.

3. Availability & Warranty

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will be error-free.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Bot to violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Attempt to exploit or abuse the Bot's infrastructure.
• Use the Bot for any malicious or illegal activities.

5. Limitation of Liability

The developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Bot.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
